Etiquette and Other Useful Information
I offer hassle-free, online scheduling, so you can schedule your appointment anytime. You'll discover convenient and flexible appointment times, including evening and Saturday appointments, but if you'd rather not use the online schedule, please don't hesitate to text, call, or email!
Please be on time. Chances are good that another client is scheduled immediately after your appointment. If you arrive late, please note that your treatment will end as previously scheduled as a courtesy to the next client.
It's not required but definitely encouraged so you can unplug and maximize your relaxation during your appointment.
If you are unhappy, please tell us why. Sometimes a client doesn't return and I have no idea if something is wrong or if you are just busy. Your satisfaction is important and I will work hard to meet your expectations.
If you are happy with what I do, tell your friends. I love referrals.
If you need a series of treatments to reach your desired goal but it doesn't fit your budget, speak up! I want you to feel good and will work with you to make it happen.
Tipping is always left to the discretion of the client. It is not expected and will not affect the quality of your massage services.
Payment options include cash, check, credit/debit and some insurance (please ask).
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
I strive to accommodate my clients’ busy schedules. I ask my clients to give my 24-hour notice if they are unable to keep their scheduled appointment. Cancellation with less than 24-hour notice may be subject to a $35 cancellation fee unless the appointment is filled with another client. In addition, if you fail to show up for your appointment, full payment for the missed appointment is required.
